Universal Wisdom Practice Classes

The Universal Wisdom practices can be learned by attending a class.

• Continue to cultivate rising inner peace
• Experience increased vibrational energy generated by group practice
• Find inspiration and group support for maintaining commitment to your practice
• Learn and practice additional universal wisdom practices to help elevate our consciousness

Classes are open to all, no prior experience required. We are non-doctrinaire, and in the spirit of Yuan Miao's "reminders," the classes try to maintain an atmosphere of joy.
